Biography

Admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 1969, Marc was named Queen’s Counsel in 1988. He began his career as legal counsel for Fraser Companies Ltd. In 1973, he founded his own firm in general litigation which rapidly became recognized for its expertise in insurance law, personal injury and professional negligence. From 2003 to 2004, Marc was a counsel for a regional law firm.

 

He has appeared before all levels of the New Brunswick court system and the Supreme Court of Canada. He is a member of the New Brunswick Bar, The Canadian Bar Association and the Association des juristes d’expression française du Nouveau-Brunswick. Marc is a passionate art collector and has worked with a number of societies and councils committed to the promotion of visual arts.

Biography

Stéphane is a graduate of Mount Allison University (Bachelor of Commerce 1990) and Université de Moncton (Bachelor of Law 1994). He is perfectly bilingual and a member of both the New Brunswick Law Society (1995) and Barreau du Québec (2011). Stéphane is an experienced litigator with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach to conflict resolution. He has acted as lead counsel for private and public clients on several precedent-setting cases. He has appeared before all levels of court in New Brunswick as well as in Québec including various administrative tribunals. Stéphane is considered as a leading litigator in the field of personal injury and insurance law. He also has strong expertise in professional, corporate and municipal liability.

Biography

Jean-Pierre received a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours in Political Science) in 1992 and a Master’s of Public Administration in 1994, both from the Université de Moncton. From 1994 to 1997, he was employed with the Government of New Brunswick in the human resources and employment fields. In 1997, he returned to university and obtained his law degree from the University of Ottawa in 2000. With the Maritimes’ way of life being very difficult to resist, Jean-Pierre returned to New Brunswick in 2000 and was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 2001. From 2001 to 2004, he practiced law with a regional law firm based in Moncton before becoming a founding partner with Bossé Viola LeBlanc.

 

Jean-Pierre focuses his law practice on civil litigation, specifically in the areas of personal injury, automobile accidents and insurance law. He is fluently bilingual.


Jean-Pierre is a member of the New Brunswick Law Society, The Canadian Bar Association, the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association (APTLA), the Moncton Area Lawyers Association and the Association des juristes d’expression française du Nouveau-Brunswick.

Biography

Marie-Pier is a fully bilingual associate at Bossé Viola LeBlanc with a practice focused on personal injury and insurance law. She primarily serves as a legal representative for individuals who have suffered personal injuries in incidents such as motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and medical malpractice cases. Beyond her personal injury practice, Marie-Pier is a trained trauma-informed lawyer and offers pro-bono services to employees who have experienced workplace sexual harassment.

Marie-Pier is a native of Val-D’Amours, New Brunswick. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Thomas University where she pursued studies in criminology and psychology. Her undergraduate studies were marked by a dual commitment to academics and athletics in her capacity as a former varsity runner in cross-country and track & field. Marie-Pier also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Université de Moncton. She was called to the New Brunswick Bar in June 2020 after completing her articles with Bossé Viola LeBlanc.

 

Innately competitive, Marie-Pier does not easily give up and strives to provide the best possible results for her clients. She deeply cares about the specific needs of her clients and accompanies them on their journey to recovery.

Biography

Bernice is originally from Saint-Louis-de-Kent and graduated at the Mgr Marcel François Richard High School. She then went to the Moncton Community College to become an administrative assistant. She has been working as a legal assistant in various fields of law at various legal firms since 1990 and is now working in personal injury. She is perfectly bilingual and is very devoted in assisting and helping the clients she serves, and likes to have a good relationship with them.

 

When she is not working, she loves to read, watch TV, listen to music, dance and do crafts. Bernice is married and has a daughter.

Biography

Brigitte graduated from Oulton’s College in 2005 with a Paralegal/Legal Assistant Diploma. After working several years in the legal field, she continued her studies at Crandall University and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management. Brigitte worked as a legal assistant/paralegal with other local firms and finally joined the team at Bossé Viola LeBlanc as a litigation paralegal in 2021. With over 15 years working as a Paralegal, she has acquired invaluable experience in the field of personal injury, insurance law and medical malpractice cases. Brigitte has strong communication and interpersonal skills. She is fluently bilingual.

 

Outside of work, Brigitte enjoys spending time with her daughter, family and friends. She loves the outdoors and enjoys going hiking, camping, biking and going to the beach.

Biography

Skye is originally from Salisbury, New Brunswick. She obtained her Highschool Diploma in 2010 from J.M.A Armstrong High School, after which she focused on raising her children. After being a stay-at-home mom for several years, Skye was determined to pursue post-secondary education and to build a career within the legal field. She received her diploma in Paralegal / Legal assistant from Oulton College in 2022 whereas she graduated with Honors. Her legal career began thereafter with Bossé Viola LeBlanc and she has since been working alongside our lawyers as a litigation paralegal. Skye is a fast learner, a hard worker and understands the struggles that can arise from an injury. As such, she values the importance of ensuring that our clients receive the assistance and compensation they deserve. She is also fluently bilingual in both English and French.

 

When not at the office, Skye works as a casual security guard for Admiral Investigations and enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Biography

Meaghan is originally from Memramcook, New Brunswick. After graduation from high school at Mathieu Martin, she obtained a diploma from the program of Intervention Techniques in Specialized Education and Autism from New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) in 2017. She worked as an early childhood educator for three (3) years up until she decided to pursue a career in the legal field in 2020. She obtained a diploma from the Paralegal/Legal Assistant Program at Oulton’s College in 2021 whereas she graduated with honors. She thereafter completed a one-year internship with the public prosecutions service of Nova Scotia within the penal and criminal domain. She now works with Bossé Viola LeBlanc alongside our personal injury lawyers as a litigation paralegal.

 

Meaghan is an achiever and is determined to assist our lawyers in the best way possible with their various court procedures. Her background of working with people living with limitations and/or disabilities makes her an empathetic, accommodating, and understanding person to reach out to for our clients and she is dedicated to assisting them during their journey to recovery. She is perfectly bilingual, and the combination of both diploma’s gives her strong communication skills in both official languages. When she is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her friends, hikes with her dog and reading a good book.

Following her graduation, she gained experience working in several legal domains for various law firms.  Fluent in both official languages, she brings strong communication and interpersonal skills to our firm. She enjoys assisting clients with obtaining the legal services they need.  


When she is not working, Lyne loves spending time with her family and her dog. She enjoys reading and binge-watching Netflix with her husband.
